Terms of service
Last updated July 27, 2026.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of canvasaudit.com and any service purchased through it. The services are provided by IV Consulting LLC, a California limited liability company. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Services
Canvas Audit provides website assessment and related consulting services. The Signal Check and the Free Website Score are provided at no cost and without warranty. The Executive Website Audit, Implementation Sprint, Complete Redevelopment, and Quarterly Review are paid engagements with the scope stated on this site or in a signed statement of work, whichever is more specific.
Payment
The Executive Website Audit is $997, payable in advance through Stripe. Implementation Sprints begin at $4,500. Complete Redevelopment is $12,500 with a fifty percent deposit to start and the balance due at launch. Quarterly Review is $750 per quarter. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future engagements.
Credit toward implementation
The $997 audit fee is credited in full against an approved Implementation Sprint or Complete Redevelopment that begins within 90 days of audit delivery. The credit applies once, is not transferable, and has no cash value.
Refunds
The audit fee is non-refundable once the assessment has begun, because the deliverable is the analysis itself. If you cancel in writing before work starts, the fee is returned in full. Scores are professional judgments made against a published methodology and are not a warranted measurement, so a score you disagree with is not grounds for a refund. Implementation and redevelopment engagements are governed by the cancellation terms in their statement of work.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to request an assessment of the website you submit. For implementation and redevelopment engagements, you are responsible for supplying content, approvals, and access on the agreed schedule. Delay in these is the most common cause of schedule extension and does not alter fees.
Intellectual property
The audit methodology, the 100-point scoring standard, the report format, and all material on this site remain the property of IV Consulting LLC. The written report delivered to you is yours to use internally and to share within your organization. It may not be republished, resold, or distributed publicly without written permission.
Work product created for you under a redevelopment engagement transfers to you on final payment.
Confidentiality
Non-public information you share is treated as confidential. Your engagement is not disclosed publicly and no result, quote, or client name is published without your written permission.
No guarantee of outcome
The audit is professional analysis and opinion. It is not a guarantee of revenue, traffic, search ranking, funding, or any commercial result. Outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
