Sample report
We scored ourselves first, and published the failing grade.
Most firms will not show you the deliverable before you buy it. This is a complete Executive Website Audit, in the format you receive, performed on canvasaudit.com by the person who wrote the standard.

Executive summary
The site sold a ten-dimension credibility standard while failing four of its own dimensions. The writing was strong and largely survives. The failure was structural: a written report was offered for $997 that no buyer could see, the offer ladder was missing two of its five rungs, there was no proof of any kind, and nothing on the page was measured.
The three gaps that mattered. First, no visible deliverable, which asked a buyer to spend $997 on a document sight unseen. Second, credibility scored 2 of 10 on a site whose entire product is credibility measurement. Third, zero instrumentation, meaning every visitor to date was unmeasured and no conversion rate was known.

The ten dimensions
| Dimension | Finding | Score | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Positioning clarity | Headline names the buyer, the problem, and the stake in one line. A stranger passes the five-second test. | 8 / 10 Holding |
| 02 | Credibility & proof | No testimonial, case study, credential, result, or client name appeared anywhere on the site. | 2 / 10 Critical |
| 03 | Story & message | The problem section converts an abstract worry into a specific scene. Strongest writing on the page. | 8 / 10 Holding |
| 04 | Offer & call to action | Ladder was stated but incomplete: two of five rungs missing, so a buyer wanting partial help had nothing to buy. | 6 / 10 At risk |
| 05 | Design & seniority match | Competent and readable, but the live design did not match the brand identity the firm had specified for itself. | 6 / 10 At risk |
| 06 | UX & structure | One page, one exit. A visitor not ready to submit the form had nowhere to go and nothing to read. | 5 / 10 At risk |
| 07 | Performance & mobile | Static single page, fast by construction. Formal measurement still required before claiming a number. | 7 / 10 Holding |
| 08 | Findability | No sitemap, no structured data, and the site had never been submitted for indexing. | 3 / 10 Critical |
| 09 | Conversion path | The form works and the honeypot filters correctly, but there was one path and no intermediate step. | 5 / 10 At risk |
| 10 | Trust & hygiene | No privacy policy or terms while a form collected name, email, company, website, and objective. | 4 / 10 Critical |

What fixed looks like
Publish the deliverable. Apply the standard to yourself in public. Complete the ladder so every buyer state has something to buy. Measure the funnel so the next score is calculated rather than argued. This page is the first of those corrections.
