After the diagnosis
Implementation, rebuild, and ongoing review.
The audit tells you what is wrong and in what order to fix it. Most clients hand that to their own team. When you would rather it be executed, these are the three ways it happens. Every one of them requires the audit first, because scoping a fix without a diagnosis is how agencies sell rebuilds nobody needed.
Implementation Sprint
Fixed scope against specific findings. Two to four weeks. You choose the modules from the audit roadmap and the price is set before work starts.
- Homepage rewrite
- Offer restructuring and pricing presentation
- Call-to-action and conversion-path correction
- Proof development, including case-study production
- Executive biography rewrite
- Information architecture correction
- Search optimization and metadata rebuild
- Mobile experience correction
When a Sprint is the right call
The audit scored you in the Sound with gaps or Underselling band. The structure of the site is usable. Two or three corrections carry most of the available return, and your team will not get to them in the next quarter.
When it is not
You scored below 60, or the site is built on a platform that blocks the corrections. Patching in that situation costs more than rebuilding and returns less.
Complete Redevelopment
A rebuild that starts with strategy rather than layout. Six to ten weeks depending on proof development and approvals.
- Positioning, buyer definition, and value proposition
- Offer architecture and pricing presentation
- Information architecture and sitemap
- Conversion copy for every page
- Visual design system and components
- Build, responsive across every breakpoint
- Search foundation and metadata
- Analytics, conversion events, and reporting
- Launch and a 30-day review
$6,250 deposit to start. The $997 audit fee is credited in full.
Engagement terms
Fifty percent deposit, fifty percent on launch. Scope is fixed in writing before the deposit is taken. Two rounds of revision are included at the design stage and one at copy. Content and approvals are the client's responsibility and are the single most common cause of delay.
Only after scope is agreed in writing.
Quarterly Review
Sites decay quietly. Copy goes stale, links break, competitors reposition, and search moves. Each quarter I re-score the site against the ten dimensions and send a two-page delta report covering messaging accuracy, search position, conversion performance, technical health, credibility signals, and competitive movement, with a short list of what to change before the next quarter.
Available to clients who have completed an audit within the previous twelve months.
Redevelopment application
Redevelopment is limited to two active engagements at a time. This application establishes fit and timing. It is not a commitment.
