Who we are

CanvasAudit is a service of IV Consulting LLC. Contact: ltillman@ivconsulting.co.

What we collect

When you submit the audit request form we collect your name, email address, company or role, the website address you want assessed, your stated objective for that website, and, if you provide it, the name of the person who referred you. We collect nothing else through that form.

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referring source, and interactions such as button clicks and scroll depth. We have not enabled Google data sharing or advertising personalisation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

Why we collect it

To perform the assessment you requested, to contact you about it, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Audit request records are retained while there is an active or prospective engagement, and deleted on request at any time.

Your choices

Write to ltillman@ivconsulting.co to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We act on those requests promptly and without asking for a reason.

Cookies

This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. It sets no advertising cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will not prevent you from using any part of this site.
