Who operates this site

Canvas Audit is operated by IV Consulting LLC, Los Angeles, California. Questions about this policy go to louis@louistillman.com.

What is collected

Information you submit through a form on this site: your name, email address, organization, website URL, role, and whatever you write in the free-text fields. Standard server logs recorded by the hosting provider, including IP address and browser type. Aggregate analytics about page views and traffic sources.

The Signal Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to any server. If you choose to continue to the free score request, only a summary figure is carried forward, and only because you clicked through.

How it is used

To perform the review you requested, to respond to you, to deliver and support anything you purchase, and to maintain the site. Nothing else.

What is not done

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. You are not added to a marketing list you did not request. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a sequence beyond the messages required to deliver what you asked for.

Processors

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly. Canvas Audit never receives or stores your card number. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy terms.

Retention

Submission records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet tax and contractual obligations. You may request deletion at any time by email and it will be actioned within thirty days, except where records must be retained by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of what is held about you, request correction, or request deletion. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Canvas Audit does not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics used are configured for aggregate measurement only.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
